Pay Range: $41.00-$69.00/hour + Shift Differentials , DOE
Weekday Nights: + $7.00
Weekend Nights: + $9.00
Nursing Supervisor Opportunity
- 3x12 , 7:00PM-7:00AM
- Acts as a central link between leadership and frontline staff
- Supervises patient care and manages staff performance, feedback, and evaluations
- Provides direct patient care while fostering trust and celebrating recovery milestones
Nursing Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active RN license with BLS required; ACLS and CRRN to be obtained within one year
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Prior leadership experience (charge nurse/lead role) with accountability for patient and staff outcomes
