Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and legal support to a demanding Family Law Partner
• Manage legal filings, case documentation, billing, and client communications
• Prepare, transcribe, proofread, and file legal correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
• Maintain contacts, calendars, and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an assistant position at a Family Law office
• Experience with court e-filing systems and case management software
• Familiarity with Surepoint, NetDocuments, or similar legal practice support systems
