responsibilities:

• Execute formulation, sterile filtration, vial/syringe filling, and visual inspection per Standard Operating Procedures and cGMPs.
• Perform line clearances, material staging, and component handling in aseptic/controlled areas.
• Support routine facility and equipment wipe downs with approved disinfectants per SOP.
• Complete accurate, contemporaneous documentation (ALCOA), including logbooks and eBR entries.
• Escalate deviations, atypical events, and equipment issues promptly; support basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to growing requirements and aseptic behaviors; maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Perform in-process checks and basic data entry; verify equipment readiness/calibrations/labels.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, MS&T, Facilities, and Supply Chain during routine operations.
• Participate in training; maintain qualifications and cross-train across work centers as needed.
• Contribute to a safe working environment, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean operating area.
• Flexibility to work off hours and overtime to meet production demands and process schedules.

qualifications:
Required

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in a Scientific field or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience.0-2 years in GMP manufacturing or similar environment preferred; we will train strong entry-level candidates.
• Comfortable working in cleanrooms with full gowning and standing for extended periods; able to lift up to ~35 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (batch records, training systems).
• Must have 20/20 vision (corrected vision allowed - i.e., glasses, contact lens) and maintain the ability to see all colors across the visible spectrum.
• A vision test will be required upon hiring to confirm vision acuity and will be administered annually thereafter.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, follows instructions, communicates clearly, and works well on a team.
