KITCHEN PART TIME JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE SUMMARY:Department teammate responsible for delivering an awesome customer experience and maintaining amazing department standards. They embody the belief that great food, honest ingredients and great service will create an outstanding customer experience, loyalty and long term business growth. - Clean, safe, organized sales floor, production space and back rooms.

- Acts as advocate for LK

- Ensures quality product through rotation, temperature and quality checks
- Advise customers about products and promote extra sales within the department
- Looking for sampling, seasonal and local opportunities to drive sales
- Ensures department organization, safety and cleanliness
- Works to receive, stock and rotate products
- Assist in training new teammates, creating solid teamwork throughout the department
- Works alongside teammates to produce and serve LK products
- Ensures full compliance with all store and company policies and legal regulations
- Masters systems and technologies
- Delivers a high level of performance
