Infant and Toddler Teachers Needed!

Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center seeks passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team! We encourage you to apply if you love working in a positive, supportive environment with children and are excited about early childhood education.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support learning and development
• Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping parents informed through our communication app
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members

What You’ll Need:

• EEC preschool certification required
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Previous teaching experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
