Stock Administrator
We are working with a well-established manufacturing business to find a Stock Administrator on a temporary, full-time basis. An ideal position for an administrator with good IT skills and eye for detail to join a local business, supporting the production team with stock allocation and investigation of dispatch errors.
What You Can Expect
- Temporary role with the potential for permanent
- Pay rate: £12.26 per hour
- 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm, Friday, 8am – 4pm
- Leominster based with parking
What You Will Be Doing
- Allocate stock to sales orders
- Raise and process works orders
- Reconciliation of production sheets to ensure all excess stock is noted
- Utilise Sage200
- Investigate discrepancies between production and Sage
- Ensure all month end processes are complete e.g. reconcile sheets, write off excess stock, and complete tickets
- Liaise with the wider finance and production teams to help drive change and improve efficiencies
- Additional administrative responsibilities as required
- Ensure all paperwork is appropriately filed and maintained
What We Are Looking For
- Experience of administrative department
- Experience within a manufacturing administration environment (desirable)
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and data entry systems
- Working knowledge of SAGE 200 system (desirable)
- Attention to detail
