Landscape Construction Foreman - Field Leadership & Project Execution

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field crews on residential landscape projects. This hands-on role emphasizes crew leadership, quality workmanship, and daily jobsite coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

As the Landscape Construction Foreman, you will supervise crews, assist with on-site work, and communicate closely with project management to maintain workflow and quality control. This position is ideal for someone with strong construction skills, leadership experience, and a passion for building exceptional residential landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape construction crews on active residential projects
• Perform hands-on work, including hardscape installation, grading, planting, and site preparation
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor work quality, safety protocols, and project timelines
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to project management and clients as needed
• Mentor and support crew members to foster skill development and teamwork

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape construction with supervisory or foreman responsibilities
• Hands-on skills in hardscape, grading, planting, and general sitework
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and execute work accurately
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily fieldwork
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high-quality results
