Join us on Marblehead Harbor where you will work with an awesome team and wonderful club members! The ideal candidate must be at least 16 years of age, be Lifeguard certified (including CPR and First Aid) and have at least six months of lifeguard experience. A Work Permit is required for candidates under age 18.
The pool is open from 5/23/2026 through 9/13/26. Lifeguards will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enforce all safety rules of the facility to prevent accidents.
- Respond immediately to medical emergencies.
- Provide first aid, CPR, or other life-saving care treatments to members when required.
- Identify and communicate any potential health, safety, or accident risks to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool facility during every shift.
Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.
Pay Range: $18 - $24/hour, based on experience
