Job Description Summary

The Production Supervision Manager will perform daily operations of the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line for the T700/CT7 Engine Program. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees in the T700 engine assembly shop.
  • Manage hourly employee populations
  • Develop new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organization
  • Work together with business leadership at Directorial and Executive level.
  • Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done
  • Deliver products as part of a team
  • Work on cross functional teams Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • In depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or (a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience manufacturing setting).
  • A minimum of 3 additional years of experience in manufacturing/production
  • GE Leadership Program Graduate in lieu of experience is permitted.

Desired Characteristics
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience in an engine assembly or repair and overhaul environment
  • Experience with CT7 / T700 engines
  • Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) graduate or a similar program

The base pay range for this position is $100,050.00 - 120,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 06, 2026.
