Fund Performance Analytics Manager - Leading PE Firm

Overview

We are looking for a Fund Performance Analytics Manager to join of the world’s leading global private equity firms who will own all portfolio and performance analytics for their multi-billion dollar private credit/direct-lending platform. This is a highly strategic, visible seat inside the Private Credit finance team where you’ll be the go-to expert on track record, portfolio metrics, LP/consultant requests, and performance attribution while working shoulder-to-shoulder with Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, and the deal team. Key Responsibilities

• Own the full suite of private credit performance metrics, track record, and portfolio analytics
• Build and maintain recurring reporting for LPs, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Respond to ad-hoc LP/consultant due diligence and data requests
• Partner with the deal team on performance attribution and portfolio monitoring
• Drive accuracy and continuous improvement of data processes, workflows, and databases, and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Fabric/DAX)

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private credit performance measurement, portfolio analytics, track record, or investment reporting
• Deep understanding of credit structures, market dynamics, and common LP/consultant data asks
• Advanced Excel + hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar
• GIPS knowledge and track-record / SOI prep experience a big plus.
