Position Description
The Parking Services and Connect Card Office is the place to go for all things related to BSU on-campus Parking and Connect Card Services. This includes handling parking lot information, assisting in parking ticket appeals and issuing temporary parking passes and parking decals for students, faculty, staff, and frequent visitors. BSU's official ID card - the Connect Card - is a multi-purpose system that can be used for library privileges, building access, as a meal ticket, and as a debit card. including flex dollars, dining dollars, swipes, and meal plans. Responsibilities for the Parking Services and Connect Card Office Assistant includes:
- Customer Service
- Answer Phones
- Data Entry
- Assist with parking decal processing
- Assist with photo ID production
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure during our peak times
