Product Sales Assistant
- Assist in managing daily sales operations and inventory levels.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Track and report sales metrics and assist in sales forecasting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales support or a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
