Paralegal
Our client, a well-respected law firm in MetroWest Massachusetts , is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support attorneys across trust & estate, family law, and corporate matters . This role is perfect for a polished, detail-oriented professional who enjoys meaningful client interaction and thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment. You’ll play an essential part in keeping client matters organized, assisting with trust and estate workflows, and ensuring clear, timely communication between attorneys and clients.
This is a fully onsite position with free parking available and hourly rates ranging between $22-25/HR, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities- E-file documents with Probate and Family Court and Superior Court.
- Review legal documents for accuracy and draft and/or assist with litigation filings: complaints, answers, counterclaims, motions.
- Prepare probate forms and trust-related documents and draft deeds, trustee certificates, and other Registry of Deeds filings.
- Assist with discovery: propounding, responding, and reviewing materials; organize, summarize, and analyze large document sets.
- Conduct legal research and prepare brief summaries; review real estate ownership records and financial statements.
- Maintain spreadsheets for case organization and inventories.
- Draft engagement letters and process incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist with schedules to Purchase Agreements.
