Site Prep and Delivery Lead – Lead High-End Residential Outdoor Structure Builds Job Overview

Salary/Pay Rate: $30.00 to $40.00+ per hour (based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.
Location: Bellingham, MA (Onsite/In person).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: High-End Residential (Garages, Pool Houses, Pavilions).
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: CDL Class A and Hoisting License.
You will serve as a pivotal leader in the field, overseeing the foundational site work and precision delivery of premium outdoor structures. This role offers the autonomy to manage complex residential projects while mentoring a high-performance team in a culture that prizes professional growth and craftsmanship. How You Will Make an ImpactExecute specialized site work including crushed stone foundations, Sono tube pours, and monolithic slab foundations.
Direct the safe delivery and installation of oversized modular structures and the hauling of heavy equipment to various sites.
Interpret detailed blueprints, plot plans, and conservation requirements to ensure every project meets exact specifications.
Manage project timelines and daily schedules with absolute accountability to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery for clients.
Mentor and train inexperienced team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous skill development.
Represent a premium brand by maintaining outstanding customer service and a high standard of workmanship on every job site.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within high-end residential construction or site development.
Proven proficiency in operating heavy equipment and driving trucks with trailers.
Advanced knowledge of grading, site work, trenchwork, deliveries, and concrete applications, including backfills and foundation forming.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while maintaining a high degree of energy and a positive attitude.
Strict adherence to a professional, drug-free work environment to maintain team safety and brand integrity.
Working Ability: You will need to get involved, lift 50+ lbs, grab a shovel, broom, or do whatever necessary to lead the team and project to success.
Prior success in landscaping or specialized residential site preparation.
Experience in high-stakes decision-making and logistical planning for complex, customized construction projects.
Strong desire to grow individually within a strategy-focused and innovative company environment.
