Job Title: Non‑CDL Delivery Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Non‑CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in safe driving, efficient work, and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for loading your van, delivering products to customers, unloading at each stop, and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

Pay: $20 - $30/hr

Shift: First (1st) shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Load products onto the van safely and accurately before each route.
• Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
• Unload products at delivery locations with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑kept van at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Follow all company procedures and complete required documentation.

Essential Skills

• Driving and van driving experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Transport knowledge.
• Experience with box trucks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to be trained on delivery procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry products as needed.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a warehouse to load and unload products, followed by driving a high-top vehicle equipped with a camera. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandwich, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
