Service Advisor - Automotive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Advisor who can run the front of the shop, communicate clearly with customers, and keep work moving from start to finish.

This is a high responsibility role. You will be managing customers, technicians, phones, and workflow all at once. The right person stays organized, makes decisions quickly, and keeps the day on track.

You are the bridge between the customer and the technicians.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Greeting customers and setting the tone for their experience.
• Writing and managing repair orders from start to finish.
• Explaining recommendations in a clear, confident way.
• Following up on approvals and keeping jobs moving.
• Coordinating with technicians on status, timing, and priorities.
• Managing inbound calls, scheduling, and daily workflow.
• Tracking open jobs and making sure nothing gets missed.
• Handling customer questions and concerns professionally.
