Opportunity Overview
Manager of Business Operations is responsible for optimizing the success of the Sales Operations team by managing the product slot plans and corresponding processes. This position owns handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization's sales operations, production planning, and integrating with the different sales teams.

Develop and implement sales operations processes for slot plan management

Facilitate effective and clear communication between Sales and the Production teams

Collaborate with other departments and management to identify and work toward business goals

Create and managing automation tools to increase sales operations process efficiency

Recruiting, hiring and training sales operation individual contributors

BS/BA or equivalent experience
-
5+ years in Sales / Operations

Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing Sales Ops team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary

Ability to assess bandwidth, balance workloads across the team, and delegate where necessary

Effective communication skills across Sales and the Production teams, as well as upper management
-
Analytical and problem solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $118,800-$190,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
