What You’ll Do

As a Medical Device Recruiter at Mondo, you’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting top-tier talent with exciting career opportunities. This is a people-focused, fast-paced role where you will:

• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement : Proactively identify and recruit top medical device talent through methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging our cutting-edge recruiting tools and resources.
• Relationship Building : Foster meaningful, ongoing relationships with candidates, ensuring a personalized and inclusive experience through consistent, clear communication.
• Execution & Urgency : Thrive in a high-volume environment where quick turnarounds, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are essential for success.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for Medical Device Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or other regulated industry clients, preferably in a staffing firm setting
• Growth-mindset and drive to learn
• Annual base salary plus uncapped commission & bonus eligibility
