Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

Roscid Technologies is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This candidate will assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems, as well as updating current products.

Responsibilities:

· Develop or assist in the development of new mechanical designs.

· Procedures and documentation for assembly including bills of materials of mechanical/electrical designs.

· Track project timelines to complete tasks on schedule

· Ensure reliable operation of equipment

· Strong Leadership Capabilities including resource allocation, organizing, and mobilizing teams, strategic vision, and ability to drive for results through teams

· Experienced with influencing across a matrix and creating a clear sense of direction. Work and support Roscid’ s ERP system

· Strong industry networks

· Demonstrated planning and organizational skills including project management

· Able to prioritize various responsibilities and timelines and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

​ Qualifications:

· Proficient with Solid works

· Attention to detail and committed follow-through in communication to internal and external partners

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

· Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work independently in highly time sensitive environment.
