What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor talented Behavior Therapists, guiding them in providing exceptional support to children and their families.
Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with families, caregivers, and fellow team members in home, community, center, and clinic settings.
Develop and Implement: Create individualized goals and strategies, analyze data to track progress, and participate in important meetings like IFSPs and IEPs.
Assess and Adapt: Conduct thorough assessments, design effective behavior plans, and regularly meet with caregivers to ensure consistent support.
Be a Key Player: Participate in weekly supervisory and team meetings, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts licensure (LABA) required. We also welcome applications from candidates pending MA licensure.
A genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.
Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
