Business Operations Internship or Co-op
We're redefining how robots are deployed. Our platform enables users to simulate, test, and optimize entire robotic systems in parallel. By removing the barriers that have kept advanced robotics out of reach for all but the largest players, we're ushering in a new era of manufacturing—one where mass reshoring is not only viable, but inevitable.
We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful intern to support a wide range of operational and people-focused initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both structured work (documentation, data cleanup) and hands-on operational support (office management, systems, and tools).
You’ll gain exposure to how a growing company operates behind the scenes—supporting leadership, improving internal processes, and helping scale systems efficiently.

3. Executive & Investor Communications

4. Systems, Tools & Data Cleanup
- Support cleanup and organization of internal tools (e.g., Confluence)
- Assist with CRM data hygiene, including duplicate cleanup and account research in HubSpot CRM
- Help improve structure and usability of internal knowledge bases
5. Office Operations & Logistics
- Support office organization using 5S principles (sorting, standardizing, sustaining)
- Manage ordering from approved vendors
- Assist with shipping and receiving logistics
6. Marketing & Research Support
- Conduct research to support marketing initiatives (including account-based efforts if applicable)
- Provide light support to marketing team priorities as needed
7. AI Tools Exploration (Nice-to-Have / Stretch)
- Help test and evaluate AI tools for operational workflows (e.g., planning or reporting in Cube)
- Document findings and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
