Monday - Friday 2 PM - 630 PM
Starting Pay is $22.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor lobby and front desk activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to control access to the location in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and/or incident documentation while supporting a professional and welcoming environment at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
