Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer at a Pharma Company in Lexington MA

Monday - Friday 2 PM - 630 PM

Starting Pay is $22.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby and front desk activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to control access to the location in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and/or incident documentation while supporting a professional and welcoming environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
