Sales Analyst/Supervisor
- Lead and oversee the sales analysis team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data
- Develop and implement sales performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning
- Analyze sales trends, customer behaviors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to facilitate data-driven decisions
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their analytical skills and professional growth
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales reporting platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a related role, with prior supervisory experience
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
