The Espresso Plus team is currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of a Coffee, Tea, and Beverage Inventory Specialist. The Inventory Specialist role combines strategic planning, technical expertise in coffee equipment, and efficient inventory management to support our service and coffee sales teams.

• Place and track orders for coffee equipment parts, ensuring timely procurement.
• Develop and maintain a systematic inventory control system, conducting regular counts.
• Maintain strong relationships with all vendors for reliable deliveries.
• Streamline processes for efficient storage and retrieval, optimizing parts availability.
• Possess strong understanding of coffee equipment, providing technical assistance to the team.
• Ensures that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location
• Develop and manage budgets for parts procurement, analyzing spending patterns for cost savings.
• Collaborate with Service and Maintenance teams, providing regular updates on inventory status.

Qualification/Skills: The skills listed below are representative of the technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills required to meet the job qualifications for this position.

• Prior experience with coffee, tea and like equipment preferred
• Prior experience with inventory management system (Minimum 1 year)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Quick Learner and Self Starter
• Positive, customer service attitude and a team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy with an emphasis in Microsoft Office Suite

Full time position Monday – Friday, 8AM–4:30PM. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, LTD, paid vacation and holidays.
