Commercial Lines Account Manager - Select
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing upper select commercial lines accounts providing exceptional service to the clients and supporting the growth of the business. This is a fully onsite position with the potential for a hybrid arrangement in the future. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60000 - $65000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: Fully onsite (potential for hybrid in the future)
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of select commercial lines accounts.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Support the agencys growth and transition efforts following the recent acquisition.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Skills: Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work History: Solid work history with clear reasons for leaving previous roles.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software is preferred.
- Work Environment: Ability to work onsite full-time during the transition period with potential for hybrid work in the future.
