At the end of the residency program, the Resident will become an active member of the interdisciplinary team (IDT), and work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager and collaborate with other IDT members to provide care in accordance with current professional standards and practice to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families facing a life-limiting illness. Following the Residency, a commitment to work full-time for one year is expected for all LPN residents.
