  • Be a Talent Strategist - Develop short- and long-term strategies in Talen Planning, development experiences, and successful career planning to increase leadership readiness for future business growth.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or large-scale operations that allows you demonstrate strong business, financial, and analytical acumen
• Proven experience leading, developing and providing extremely thoughtful care for HR teams in a multi-site environment
• Ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and transformation with Executive-level communication and influencing skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred
• Ability to travel 25%-50%
