Manage the development and implementatiYou will be leading customer and product contracting and operational efforts from within this group.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in this area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. This role requires product management expertise, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.on process of a specific company product.

We are specifically looking for an experienced and customer-centric product or technical program manager to join the OCI team that will be responsible for:

• Business Development: Support sales efforts in defining custom product deliverables and contracts.

• Contractual Compliance: Proactively monitor and audit OCI usage to ensure full compliance with all contractual terms, licensing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Risk Management: Identify potential contractual risks related to cloud usage and work with the legal and finance teams to mitigate them.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of requirements and delivery of product initiatives as it relates to custom contracts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in technology in either product, business development or similar roles.

• An understanding of cloud computing concepts and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with contract management, financial analysis, or vendor relations is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications) are a plus.

• Strong communication, presentation, and speaking skills.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
