OneLocal is seeking a VP Deposit Servicing to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Deposit Servicing Department with the assistance of the AVP - Deposit Services Manager . The VP Deposit Servicing will ensure that OneLocal's services and operations provide a higher level of service to customers and employees. The VP Deposit Servicing position reports to the SVP-Senior Operations Officer . VP Deposit Servicing Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in coursework with 7-10 years of experience in Deposit Servicing, Electronic Banking and/or Retail banking including supervisory work
• Good working knowledge of business banking products including cash management services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as all 3rd party vendor software to prevent/track fraud; Fiserv Premier and report writing software experience a plus
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

VP Deposit Servicing Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Deposit Servicing Department to include cash management, IRA processing and electronic banking services
• Oversee the debit card process to include card ordering, regulation E disputes and fraud monitoring services
• Oversee the wire transfer function and all exception processing including overdrafts, returned deposit items and account reconcilements
• Oversee ACH operations; analyze data and reports and transaction processing
• Oversee onboarding, monitoring and annual exposure limit reviews for ACH and RDC customers
• Acts as the Bank's Keeper of the Records and oversees the timely processing and response to liens, levies, garnishments, subpoenas, executions and any other type of legal service received by the Bank
• Update, develop and implement approved deposit accounts and services using Fiserv
• Oversee the monitoring of dormant accounts and escheat dates; responsible for EOY Tax Reporting account
• Work directly other members of management to facilitate interdepartmental efficiencies
• Serve as primary contact for all Internal/External Audits
• Promote bank products and services; maintain an active participation in community affairs
