Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
The Learning and Development Specialist will provide a comprehensive range of learning services that align with business needs. The position will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing learning solutions that are engaging and build the capabilities of our workforce. Relationship management and working with internal partners and points of contact are crucial aspects of this role. This position will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and determining appropriate training support and solutions.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training courses.
- Manage learning and development programs from inception through evaluation.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create effective training programs.
- Develop and evaluate learning activities that engage employees and enhance skills.
- Oversee all aspects of event management related to training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand training needs.
- Provide consultative support and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, instructional design, training, or a related field.
- Experience with learning technologies (i.e., Camtasia, Storyline, LMS).
- Application of adult learning principles in program design.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
