Supply Chain Coordinator (North Reading)
Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

Type: 6 months contract (high possibility of extension/conversion)
Location: North Reading, MA
Day to day:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, onsite Points of Contact (POCs), and external vendors to ensure site readiness and delivery excellence.
- Manage the lifecycle of Equipment Install Plans (EIP); reconcile against Sales Orders (SO), troubleshoot mismatches, and resolve customer tickets with a focus on project timelines.
- Facilitate regular syncs with stakeholders to provide status updates, mitigate risks, and ensure transparency across the supply chain network.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs, using data to identify bottlenecks in the vendor or site delivery pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve scalability through data-driven problem-solving.
- Maintain rigorous internal documentation to support training, standardize project workflows, and ensure operational consistency across the network.
Must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in a Project Coordinator or Supply Chain role.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including vendors, onsite field teams, and corporate stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and a strong grasp of data analytics to support decision-making.
- Strong mathematical and logical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex system workflows.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with shifting priorities.
Plusses:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience driving process improvements, cost optimization, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Exposure to KPIs, SLAs, or large-scale operational metrics in a supply chain or operations environment.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience documenting processes or supporting internal training efforts
Salary and Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $20 - $22 per hour . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
