The opportunity

We're looking for our very first Sales Operations Specialist in the U.S. market at our downtown Boston office!

This is a unique opportunity to join the team at an early stage and play a key role in building our presence in the U.S at our Boston office. You'll be the first Sales Operations Specialist on the ground, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to help shape our sales process and open doors to new opportunities.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Align to several Americas regions and territories, the Sales Operations Specialist will support the forecasting process and advise the sales force in commercial sales transactions
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Analyze and review current customer licensing, products and usage and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Operationalize new sales processes through our CRM and other tools to help grow and scale the sales org
  • Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Interface to Deals Desk, Finance and Legal as needed (i.e. revenue recognition)
  • Support sales leadership requirements for internal presentations and strategic planning
  • Assist with employee compensation, communication, and packaging
  • Manage third party vendors

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
  • Strong Experience with a CRM system, HubSpot preferred
  • Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories
  • Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs and deadlines
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience managing third party vendors
  • Results Driven
