Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on generating new business, building relationships and closing complex B2B deals. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new revenue, not managing existing accounts.
What you’ll do:

• Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in target markets
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed targets
• Consult with business decision-makers to uncover facility management needs
• Conduct in-person presentation and meetings with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and new business leads within CRM
• Present tailored solutions and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition to account management.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on new business generation
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Demonstrated hunter mentality driven by prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
