Overview Of Function

The Website Specialist is a part of the Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence team and assists the Digital Marketing Manager (Web) with operations of the firm’s global website and microsites. You will have the opportunity to work in all areas of website marketing and help us shape the web strategy from the ground up. You will work with our Growth team to help implement campaigns and support reporting efforts that help us show our ROI for the firm. You will be able to work directly with our web agency partner and be a key player in streamlining our production process. The role also contributes to other Digital Marketing areas, including but not limited to digital campaign execution, analytics reporting, Pardot landing page insights & troubleshooting, and monitoring brand standards. The successful candidate has experience using a website content management system (CMS); has an eye for user experience and design best practices; demonstrates technical web knowledge and expertise; and is an innovative and detail-oriented individual with project management skills. The Website Specialist reports to L.E.K.’s Digital Marketing Manager for the Web.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager (Web) in creating web strategies and managing our web agency partner
• Manage web projects and work with agency partner to resolve bugs and issues
• Oversee the daily web activities of the web resource based in India and act as intermediary for escalation
• Identify and create production efficiencies in both the web team and the broader digital and marketing teams
• Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and our tracking events as needed
• Create campaign and data reports to help us identify benchmarks and ongoing reporting to help us identify how we evolve our website
• Oversee our SEO tracking and ensure it is maintained for all SEO topics
• Maintain website A/B testing program reports and tracking
• Perform work in our content management system for advanced tasks like managing taxonomies, menus, and building new templates and layouts
• Manage general marketing inbox

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ website project management experience for a fast-paced professional services, B2B organization or agency
• Experience working on a global B2B website via CMS, preferably Sitecore, OpenText or Drupal
• Demonstrated expertise of industry standard web technologies and tools such as Google Analytics (GA4); Google Tag Manager; SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMRush; advanced skills in Excel
• Experience setting up reports in Google Analytics (GA4) and creating Google Tag Manager events
• Excellent project management and communication skills, including managing multiple priorities and attention to detail
• Ability to use LLM tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity as a research tool beyond search engine queries and perform advanced analysis
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Pardot forms and campaign structures
• Experience collaborating with global teams across all time zones
• Bachelor’s degree required

• In Illinois the base salary is between $75,000 - $100,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level. L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits.
• In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography.
