Cashier

We are looking for outgoing, exciting people to join our Cashier team. Our Cashiers should be comfortable building relationships and ensuring all of guests are taken care of. In addition, menu and ingredient knowledge are a must for all team members!

What you’ll do:

• Process sales transactions
• Accept payments
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
• Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
• Answer customer questions about products or services
• Maintain clean and tidy areas
• Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise
• Maintain complete knowledge of all our food and beverage menu items, their price and availability
• Provide a CKC welcome to every customer and provide answers about menu items including any allergen questions
• Accurately take food orders and gather items ordered
• Monitor online orders and ensure proper pick up

What you need:

• A good attitude and an outgoing personality
• Experience with tablet-based POS systems a plus
• Previous counter/server experience a plus
• Ability to work with a team of great people focused on delivering the same vision

• Ability to learn using a mix of e-learning and hands on training
• Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Experience:

• Guest services: 1 year (Required)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Required)
