Advertising Operations Lead

Role

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Advertising Operations Lead to help us execute on our grand vision - someone who is excited about working across a variety of functions within a fast-growing startup. This role will be directly responsible for overseeing yield management and rate optimization across our hundreds of earning opportunities.

The work you’ll do:

• Drive strategic decision-making alongside the CMO
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for launching new offers
• Establish and maintain QA processes for tracking accuracy and offer performance
• Negotiate with partners to secure favorable offer deal terms
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Lead special projects and initiatives from the CMO
• Take ownership of regular reporting on program performance, utilization, and profitability

Who you are:

• 2-6 years experience in finance, consulting, or equivalent advertising role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including development of presentations
• Strong knowledge about yield management, reporting systems, and digital advertising
• Track record of exceeding goals derived from established KPIs
• Naturally comfortable working alongside product, tech & marketing teams
• Experience & prior success negotiating with partners, clients & vendors
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
