ServiceNow Business Analyst
• Captures customers’ and service providers' ServiceNow requirements into stories, helps to solve the approach, and support the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
• Collaboration in designing, developing, and working with IT processes, conducting research, and performing analysis required to build respective modules within the ServiceNow Platform.
• Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures and supports the creation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Construction of agile stories and tests configured functionalities end to end as soon as they have been developed.
• Supports and creates project documentation.
• Assist in the development and delivery of ServiceNow related training which can include hosting live training sessions and issuing training documentation from Train the Trainer to training support staff.
• Assist delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Develop strong business cases and ROI calculations to justify and measure the business value delivered by enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, automation, optimization, or quality improvements.
• Helps negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members.
