Hours: 7:00 – 3:30

We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing crew.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including site protection, loading/unloading materials and setting up equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe and organized work area.
• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters) as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required — we will train motivated candidates.
• Ability to lift up to [50–75 lbs] and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license.
