Job Title: Sourcing Category Manager
Location: Quincy, MA 02171
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $85.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Perform direct negotiations and manage large and complex agreements.
- You will be expected to manage a large negotiation including scoping and legal drafting.
- Delivery of saving opportunities through contract renegotiation.
- Support our transactional team (based in China and India) in support of contract renewals with an annual value of $1m or above.
- Draft and negotiation Master License and Cloud agreements with support from Legal.
- Negotiate IT security schedules with support from IT Security and Legal SMEs.
- Coordinate, prepare and manage RFx/competitive bids to optimize cost and service.
- All duties must be performed in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.
