?? Position Details

• Location: Fall River, MA

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year

• Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour (based on experience)

?? Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings

• Implement behavior support plans based on ABA principles

• Assist with academic activities and classroom routines

• Collect and record behavioral and academic data

• Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges

• Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in behavior strategies

? Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, prompting, and shaping

• Experience with data collection, behavior tracking, and behavior management

• Ability to implement behavior support plans with fidelity

• Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in high-needs environments

• Willingness to support other students and classrooms as needed

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
