RapidRatings is looking for a motivated Financial Statement Analyst to join our Data Analysis team. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator with an eye for details, and experience supporting financial statement analysis in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Also, someone who is local to our Quincy, Ma office and can commit to two days a week in the office is a must. If you believe this is you, we want you on-board!

If you pair financial statement knowledge with solid critical thinking skills, this position offers you several great opportunities. You will:

• Make an impactby evaluating and standardizing financial statements provided by our clients and their counterparties from globally public and private companies. This role will gain a deeper knowledge of business industries, financial statement nuances, and internal company operations
• Have influenceby analyzing, validating, and maintaining financial information for both private and public counterparties. Be part ofacollaborative global operations team for a SaaS organizationthat helps companies achieve financial health
• Enhance your skills and experiencewhile also maintaining a high level of quality in areas including client satisfaction, operations, process improvement, workflow and more. The person best suited for this role will be comfortable with high volume, and managing recurring workflow and projects simultaneously

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. In addition, to be a good fit for the Financial Statement Analyst opportunity, you will have:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of work experience
• Financial and accounting acumen
• Experience working with financial statements preferred
• Ability to prioritize and organize high volume work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

In addition, success will require the following core characteristics:

• Strong written and oral communication skills and can communicate effectively across all levels
• Ability to multi-task; time-management/ problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent diligence and analytical skills

Note: Our Quincy office is open with continued options of hybrid on-site/remote working. We understand each persons circumstances may be unique and we will work with you to explore suitable options. Expectation for this role is 2 days a week in the office to interact with other team members.
