What You will Do

  • Engage with Customers: Partner with sales teams to understand business/technical challenges and articulate how Oracle's cloud solutions can address them.

  • Showcase the Art of the Possible: Deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs in AI and Analytics, spanning Finance, HR, Supply Chain and more.

  • Solve Business/Technical Challenges: Use your creativity, technical acumen, and business knowledge to translate customer needs into innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to define best practices for demonstrations, value messaging, and competitive positioning.

  • Continuously Learn & Grow: Receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning to accelerate your career development.

What We are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics-related field.

  • Technical and functional experience in selling, implementing and/or using enterprise software, particularly analytics/reporting tools and data warehouses.

  • Experience in ERP, SCM, CX or HCM applications, along with experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI and BICC

  • A passion for technology and business problem-solving

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity

  • The ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technology (AI, cloud computing, automation, etc.)

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Master/Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations focused on showing how Oracle's Analytics solutions solve critical business problems for our customers. Present and articulate Oracle product's strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle Analytics solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $52.16 to $95.91 per hour; from: $108,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
