Child Care Administrative Assistant
- Collect and monitor weekly childcare attendance reports
- Monitor state CCFA attendance weekly.
- Manage PACE vouchers, and Y EEC contract assessments in accordance with state guidelines and insure 100% capacity contract enrollment.
- Manage Y Kinderwait and distribute enrollment letters in a timely manner.
- Monitor and adjust contract & voucher placements.
- Calculate childcare parent fee and enter accounting adjustments into Daxko.
- Meet with parents to complete assessments and reassessments on monthly basis.
- Serve as a resource to parents and childcare directors for questions.
- Experience in contract and data management,.
- Proven ability to accurately enter, evaluate, identify discrepancies, and process numerical data in various forms, statements, records.
- Demonstrated competence in use of office software products including Excel, Word, and proprietary accounting systems.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and under deadlines, and complete whole assigned responsibilities without supervision.
- Experience in dealing with confidential material.
- Ability to interact with various levels of the organization, outside vendors, auditors and other agencies.
