Permanent remote role, candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S. As an Associate Director, Inside Sales, you will provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction to multiple sales teams, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. - Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems and sales tools across teams.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development programs to build a high-performing sales force.
- Resolve complex sales and customer issues.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to drive sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior leadership.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales teams.

$110,300.00 - $197,150.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
