WHO YOU ARE​

• 18 years old and have graduated from High School by the start of camp
• Interested in education, social work, psychology, or nonprofit leadership, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on personalized projects, and even earn college credit
• Team Player who’s willing to collaborate with fellow counselors and staff for a positive camp experience
• Creative, Energetic, Adaptable

WHAT YOU WILL DO​

• Live and bond with campers and a co-counselor in a cabin, helping young people build resilience, confidence, and independence while creating unforgettable memories away from home
• Lead action-packed, high-energy days filled with engaging activities, with time to recharge during designated breaks and time off
• Plan and lead creative, fun activities—from arts and adventure to sports and water activities—infusing each session with energy and excitement
• Serve as a mentor and role model, encouraging campers to embrace challenges, try new things, and grow through "failing forward" in a supportive environment
• Foster an inclusive camp culture that celebrates diversity, respects individual perspectives, and empowers campers to be their authentic selves
• You must be able to assist campers in emergencies and possess the endurance required to maintain full-day outdoor supervision of young people

You will get to spend your summer making a real impact! Join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering high-potential youth from Boston and Brockton in ages 7-16. As a camp counselor, you’ll build supportive relationships, serve as a positive role model, and help campers grow through social and emotional learning.​

Details:

Camp Wing Start Date: June 22 | Camp Wing End Date: August 22

Camp Mitton Start Date : June 19 | Camp Mitton End Date: August 19

Location: Camp Wing (Duxbury, MA) or Camp Mitton (Brewster, MA)

Pay: $475 per week, includes room and board and a completion bonus of $450. Eligible for certification incentives.
