Accountabilities

• Serve as the senior AI transformation leader for Marketing Operations.
• Architect the next generation MarTech stack with AI workflows.
• Define and govern the AI operating framework for Marketing Functions.
• Partner with various departments to align Marketing's AI roadmap.
• Evangelize AI fluency within the Marketing organization.
• Own strategy and execution for Marketo instance.
• Architect the Lead Nurture and lifecycle strategy.
• Define long‑term database hygiene and optimization strategies.
• Lead deployment of AI across the MarTech stack.
• Oversee continuous review and rationalization of MarTech tools.
• Lead quarterly and annual Marketing Ops planning cycles.
• Advise Finance on MarTech investment decisions.
• Represent Marketing Operations in cross‑functional forums.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Marketing/GTM Operations.
• Proven leadership in AI Transformation.
• Expertise in Marketo and MarTech stack.
• Strong record of talent development and team building.
• Ability to communicate complex strategies at executive level.
• Strategic systems thinker with a focus on operational model.
