Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

The HIV Sales Specialist is part of a nationwide sales team and drives customer engagement by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions that support healthcare professionals with approved resources in a given territory. This role ensures effective execution of customer strategies while demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and mastery of core Field Sales competencies to achieve business impact.

You will:

  • Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers
  • Deliver specific presentations for the HIV product to appropriate health care professionals in both the clinic/office and hospital settings by utilizing approved messaging and resources
  • Effectively utilize and manage all approved resources to optimize customer engagement

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of the following equivalent experience:
    • Professional sales experience
    • Experience in the healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices)
    • Military Experience
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and the ability to navigate throughout complex accounts
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries

Desired Requirements:

  • 3+ years specialty sales experience, preferably in infectious or rare disease, immunology, or oncology
