Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery across assigned households
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct rounds, review documentation, and oversee medication management for accuracy and compliance
• Lead new resident admissions, complete essential assessments, and ensure readiness of households
• Participate actively in QAPI initiatives and continuous quality improvement projects
• Manage incident reports, compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to safety regulations

Required Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Excellent communication skills, tactfulness, and professionalism
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to support diverse residents and team members
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• Training in memory care or specialized geriatric care
• Previous management or supervisory experience in long-term care
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus

Education and Experience:

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts with an active, unencumbered license
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting
• Prior leadership experience and familiarity with quality assurance programs
• Current CPR certification
