Customer Service - Influencer & Spreadsheet management (Philippines preferred)
As an Customer Service - Influencer Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our influencer marketing campaigns, managing back & forth communications, and ensuring seamless collaboration with influencers we choose to promote our brand. You will leverage your proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), and your strong customer service background to drive efficient operations and build strong relationships with influencers and internal teams.
Influencer Coordination: Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with influencers, including contract negotiations, content approvals
Data Management: Maintain and update influencer databases, campaign performance metrics, and budgets using Google Sheets and other tools.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including engagement metrics, ROI, and insights for optimization.
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle other administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
Social media monitoring
**Experience working on Shopify will help candidates stand out for this role**. We are on ShopMy & Shopify Collabs for influencer platforms- we do not expect you to have experience with these platforms but it is a plus.
