We are seeking a SCO Program Supervisor to review, evaluate, and approve work of assigned staff; participate in supervisory and programming team; assist with staff/ program development and staff training.
What you'll do:
- Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
- Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services
- Provide training and support to GSSCs
- Understand and adhere to OCES and funding source regulations, standards, and procedures; distribute and interpret this information to staff
- Advise SCO Manager with other tasks upon request
- Ensure that appropriate records are maintained for each SCO Member in accordance with the standards of the profession and generally accepted standards of care
- Ensure that monthly Case Management/Assessment billing is complete and accurate in collaboration with the SOC Manager
- Additional duties as requested
What you'll bring:

- Ability to develop and promote collaboration
- Working knowledge of community programs, providers, resources, and community health care programs
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Current Social Work preferred
- Three years of experience in a social environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
